The staff, including Salvatore, Claudio, and Marcelo at the front desk, were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, and the overall ambiance was calm and peaceful. We felt truly taken care of!

original, carefully managed small hotel in a very good location in a lively, cosy district. many small design details show the good taste and joy of the management to make the guests feel comfortable here. we had asked for a quiet room, despite the location to the street, we actually slept very well thanks to the double windows. comfy bed, quiet and pleasant air conditioning, nicely designed bathroom. lovingly and carefully arranged breakfast buffet, excellent coffee. every contact with the staff was pleasant and professional, no matter if reception, breakfast area or late in the evening when returning home. in the evening we sat repeatedly in the small garden to have a drink, nice relaxation after full days. surrounding area offers several interesting restaurants and bars, subway and buses to the center are not far away. absolute recommendation - we would like to come back ourselves.
We felt comfortable all around and enjoyed staying here. To be honest, none of the other guests' criticisms have really made sense to me. All conditions are described in detail, if you book here, you know that you come to a very individually designed small house and not a standardized, anonymous chain hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near two train stations, close to the airport with 24-hour reception. The Las Canitas district has various restaurants and bars surrounding it, as well as good transportation links. According to a previous guest, it is located near the Argentine training tall ship Libertard, which is a historic landmark.
The bathroom facilities in the hotel were not well appointed, with one guest describing the bidet as something out of a David Cronenberg film.

The only word I would say is "exceptional". The staff were very helpful and very attentive to our every need. The room was small but not much of an issue. Very clean and the chocolates on the bedside table every night was a nice touch.Staff were very pleasnt and always had a smile on thier face.
The staff needed to be reminded to fill the jacuzzi on the roof at night and a couple of times the water was left sitting and had cooled significantly by the time we wished to use it.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the location of the hotel as it was in a lively and trendy area with an array of restaurant and bar options. the breakfast offered in the garden was tasty, especially the scrambled eggs. Another advantage was the helpful front desk staff who provided efficient service.
The room was on the smaller side with just enough space for a double bed and a small wardrobe. as the hotel was located in a busy area, it was quite noisy during the night time which made it difficult to sleep.
